Gordon and Lavion are wonderful! I bought a couch knowing it would have to come in through the second floor balcony without stairs. Though this was said at the time of purchase the store neglected to tell me they couldn't deliver that way. After a failed delivery from the other company I was referred to I&NOMovingSmiths. Gordon was very helpful and scheduled me within a day, dealt with miscommunications from the furniture store at the DC while picking up the couch, inspected for damage and to made sure the order was right! He called me throughout the process and kept me informed. He arrived with the couch, hoisted it to the second floor, got it into the house and set up. Cannot recommend this company enough and will definitely call for help again if needed.

Gordon and his crew very nice and pleasant. Professional and careful with our possessions. Cost was reasonable for what services they provided. We packed boxes, they packed furniture and boxes in our rented truck, drove it to our new home, unpacked truck, and set up furniture. Great job.
